HSMT-X03 Scanner

HSMT-X03 is a structural weld scanner that can accommodate the maximum number of probes. In fact, this scanner can be equipped with up to 10 probes by using an optional probe holder, thus fully covering the entire weld area of pipes with a minimum outer diameter of 38 inches.

HSMT-X03 ™ It is a construction weld scanner with the maximum probe holding capability. In fact, this scanner can be equipped with 10 phased array or traditional ultrasonic probes to achieve maximum coverage of the entire weld seam.

Its structure is sturdy, ensuring the stability of obtaining accurate data. By using the provided shorter frame rods, it is possible to reconfigure them to accommodate restricted areas.

For pipes with an outer diameter of 38 inches (965mm) or larger, up to 10 phased array or conventional ultrasonic probes can be supported.

The provided frame rods can be adjusted in size by the customer.

Four plastic covered magnetic wheels rotate 90 º, capable of scanning in two directions, and attach the detection equipment tightly to the ferromagnetic inspection surface.
